You can choose toys made of hard rubber that you can fill with such as pureed fruit. These are called Kongs. They are easily carried around by your dog and the fillings would keep them engaged. For expending energy and aggression, you can get tug toys made of leather or rope. Squeaky animals or soft toys will do the trick too, as your dog will try to “kill” it. Like all dog toys, replace them when they are worn to minimize the risk of choking.
Not all fun and games are indoors. Balls also make great toys for dogs. Be sure to get one that your dog can pick up easily, like rubber or tennis balls and have a couple of rounds of fetch!
